At Chalait, we take pride in the quality of our premium matcha and specialty food products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

    Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center.
